There’s an orange triangle with a white exclamation point next to a user’s name.

This means that the account has not been activated and therefore they cannot be assigned for training. All accounts need to be activated by the user before they can be used.

Please ask the user in question to check their e-mail and find the e-mail from Neuro20 Technologies, prompting them to activate their account. They should follow the prompts in that e-mail.

If the user cannot find the e-mail, tap the triangle. You will be able to resend the e-mail to the user. The account holder must then follow the steps outlined in the e-mail to activate their account.

Please note that the e-mail is sent instantly. If the account holder does not receive it, please ask them to check SPAM.
