2. Check to ensure there are no cracks to the screen - if there are cracks or damage discontinue use.
3. Check the App Store and the e-mail account provided to verify if there are any outstanding mandatory updates, such as firmware update, or Software update. If there are e-mails from or Neuro20 technical support team, then follow directions as prescribed in the e-mail.
