If the Control Box remains usable, functions properly during sessions, and conducts stimulation effectively, you may continue to use it. However, if the issue affects its performance, please reach out to your sales agent.
I cannot close my battery door, or the battery door knob jams.
To properly close the battery door, align the bottom part of the battery cover (opposite the knob) with the bottom of the cabinet. Then, tilt it downward until fully closed. Finally, twist the knob to secure it in place.
