When I connect to my Control Box, it says "Update Required"

When I connect to my Control Box, it says "Update Required"

This means that the firmware of your Neuro20 Control Box requires an update because it does not have the latest approved firmware. 
Warning
IMPORTANT! Neuro20 PRO Control Boxes should only be updated one at a time. Please follow steps 6-11 for each box individually. Do not attempt to activate multiple boxes simultaneously.
  1. Turn off all Control Boxes.
  2. Open the Neuro20 PRO App.
  3. Sign in to the Neuro20 PRO App.
  4. Open “Manage Devices”.
  5. Ensure that the Control Box you are attempting to update is OFF prior proceeding to the next step. 
  6. Press and hold the Red STOP Button for 3 seconds. One LED on CB will flash purple (firmware update mode) and the Neuro20 PRO Control Box will show up in the Device Management window.
  7. Click “Connect” to connect the Neuro20 PRO Control Box.
  8. Select “Update Firmware” under the Control Box Picture.
  9. Press “Update Box” and proceed with the update.
  10. Wait until the update is fully (100%) completed.
  11. Turn off the updated Neuro20 PRO Control Box and proceed with the next Neuro20 PRO Control Box, if necessary.
  12. Restart App (double click the tablet home button and swipe the app window upwards) prior to running a Training Session.
