This means that the system has detected a fault and, for your safety, has stopped stimulation.

Before taking any further measures, you MUST ensure that the Neuro20 Control Box is turned off (ie. no lights).
Once the Neuro20 Control Box is turned off, please take the following measures to try and resolve the problem:
1. Check if there are no signs of excess water/moisture runoff on the inside of the suit – in particular, on the inside of the suit, on the electrodes.
2. Ensure that the suits are not excessively wet. If they are, the stimulation will shut off for safety.
3. Check that the connector on the Neuro20 Control Box and on the Neuro20 Smart Suit is dry, clean and has no signs of damage.
4. Ensure the User is in range of the device - max. 330ft/100 meters and free of obstructions and that no more than 10 devices are within this range.
5. Ensure that the device is not operating near electromagnetic or microwave potentially interfering devices. More information can found in the ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY section of the Operating Manual.
6. Ensure the wireless connection on the Operating Tablet is not disabled in settings.
7. Check that the firmware and software of your device is up to date.;
If this does not help, you may consider trying to use the Control Box again.
