I'm trying to connect to multiple Control Boxes. I turned them all on, but when in Start Training/Assign Session Users, I only see one Control Box. How can I see the rest?
After pressing Start Training, in the Assign Session Users screen, you need to assign a user to a Control Box before being able to connect to another Control Box.
This is because if all Control Boxes were to appear on the screen after you connect to all of them, it would be very difficult for you to identify who is physically using which Control Box.
To set up a session using multiple Control Boxes:
- From the Home Screen, go to Start Training.
- Turn on one Control Box.
- Assign the User to that Control Box.
- Repeat the process for other Control Boxes (also one at a time). This time, once you turn on another Control Box, it will appear on the screen.
